Temperature Controllers Series:

Temperature controllers, temperature control, electronic temperature control, electronic temperature controller, programmable temperature controllers, ramp soak controller, or PID controller are mainly used to control temperature as well as pressure, pump, humidity, flow, and other process.  It has been developed from conventional analog controllers years ago into present microprocessor-based controllers, and have been widely used in industries of plastic, packaging, chemical, heat treating, food, beverage, pulp & paper, metals, semiconductors, chemical, medical, textile, plating, etc.

Presently we supply many kinds controllers including low-cost 100 series, high-performance 300 series, ramp soak controller, analog controllers, piping controller for special piping industries, board type controller for OEM and machinery, safety limit controller, and indicators. 

In future we plan to develop valve motor controller and multi-loop control system to integrate HMI, controllers & IO modules together.

We are very confident in our outstanding and mature Fuzzy Logic control built in all our temperature controllers. The Fuzzy Logic control includes many experienced principles, which are ideally used for various processes.  It can control at the least time, stabilize the process within 0.02, and give the least or sometimes even no overshooting when reaching the set point.  They have plenty good features as follows,

This analog temperature controller is used for simple applications with on/off or P control, with deviation indication.

 

The limit control L91 is an over temperature or a high limit safety device with a latching output that could remove the power while the process is in abnormal condition, for example the process higher than high limit set point or lower than the low limit set point.
