Brainchild is the only maker of paperless recorder in Taiwan.  The first high-performance paperless recorder VR18 was launched in March, 2003, which was the world first paperless recorder with the biggest numbers of 18 analog inputs and VGA display in a single small recorder.  The second low-cost paperless recorder VR06 was launched in April 2007.  Paperless recorder is also called videographic recorders, paperless chart recorders, chart recorder, or temperature chart recorders in various markets.

The paperless recorder, video graphic recorders, paperless chart recorders, chart recorder, or temperature chart recorders are mainly used in the fields for factory automation.  It is quality assurance instrument, which records temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, all kinds of industrial signals, which data values can be stored and sent to central control room via Ethernet, RS-485, 422, 232 communication, or wireless Ethernet device PC-W. 

The user may read real-time values & historical trends through its PC software.
